Aged Apple Vinegar

Bell Mela aged apple vinegar is a combination of apple cider vinegar and apple juice, aged in barrique for a minimum of 12 months. The ageing process along with addition of juice gives this vinegar a soft acidity with a hint of sweetness for a "less aggressive" vinegar with multitude of uses. The apple vinegar comes from the Bellei family, outside of Modena, whom made their name making aceto balsamico or balsamic vinegar. Used often in our own kitchen.
